Still Here! Still Carrying On, Too!

Well, the ship of state is still afloat. I slipped up, and haven't posted for a while; I have gotten a message from Google that if I don't use my Google account they will be closing it, so I plan on posting here once a week. It's kind of a placeholder, to keep the account open and save the photos I have on file. I still cannot use the new format well - I do not have a smart phone - so my usual longer essays are over on my Proboards forum: (I don't get line returns here, for example.) I just posted an essay about turning 64, and how it's impinged on my gaming. Have a look, and see what you think...

  1. Well, I'm glad you're still posting here! Nice to hear from you, take care.

  2. I'm glad to hear you and your loved ones are safe and OK. Your previous post was on October 28 and so I was worried. I check your proboards once in a while, but it's not same feel as a personal blog. Maybe it's just me.

Anyway, don't worry about Google closing The Workbench: their new rule is that they'll close those accounts that have seen no action *at all* in two years.

A very Happy Holidays to you and the Missus and all your family at home and abroad!

    Cheers! ūüėéūüėĀ

    1. Thank you! I agree - I prefer to have this blog for my longer essays, and the forum for Q & A sessions. So, it's just not you. :(

We shall see; they've been changing the rules pretty often, and we'll see how long we can stay afloat.

Thank you! And to you and yours as well! :)
